《齊齊學英文》那頁的Bilingual Culture有一文《喜歡這樣愛上你》，作者陳曉傑引用《七點鐘》的歌詞［：車廂裡面面對面坐著／火車一直往前去／我不願意下車／不管這帶我到甚麼地方／我的車站就在你的身旁。］後說：［也許真摯的感情無論一怎樣平實無華的文字寫來，都一樣動人心弦。］談到火車上素昧平生的一見鐘情。
悉尼地鐵有份免費報紙《MX》有個專欄叫《Here’s looking at you》貼一些只言片語，都是在鐵路線上偶然擦出的愛火花。比如：
You take my breath away.
You make my day.
CATCH OF THE DAY: To the hot guy behind the counter at the fish deli, you can batter me up anytime.
(我在這句裡學到了口語的［He is a good catch]的意思了。）
不過，我還是喜歡以下面二則來結尾：
有人寫道Reason to live (活著的理由）：To the Asian girl with the red top and Vogue glasses who got off at Parramatta at 8:30am. I only get to see you for two minutes, but those moments are the reason I get up in the morning. Coffee? –You admirer
第二天有人答：Stay Away(走遠點）：Admirer， the Asian girl with the red top is my wife,so coffee won’t be happening! –Her husband
